Small Jobs. Big Relief.

How Estimates Work

Clear scope. Clear expectations. A price reviewed with you before work begins.

1. Share the job

Describe the tasks, quantity and service address. Add photos where possible.

2. Review the details

DJ may ask about access, materials, item sizes, stairs or the condition of the area.

3. Agree on the work

Confirm the scope, expected timing and estimate with DJ before the work begins.

What affects the estimate?

  • The number and complexity of tasks
  • Size, condition and accessibility of the work area
  • Materials, replacement parts and customer-supplied items
  • Stairs, high reach, equipment and safe access
  • Hauling volume and removal arrangements

Discuss materials and haul-away costs explicitly so you know what the estimate covers. A form submission is a request for review; it is not an automatic fixed-price quote.

Can photos help?

Yes. Clear photos and measurements help DJ assess the work and identify questions before the visit.

What if the scope changes?

Discuss additional work and confirm an updated estimate before proceeding.

How does the first-service offer work?

First-time customers receive $10 off one qualifying service. The offer cannot be combined with other offers. Discuss eligibility with DJ.
