Do I need to provide materials?
Tell DJ what you already have. Required materials and who supplies them should be agreed on before the visit.
Can I book several small jobs at once?
Yes. Select more than one service in the quote request form and describe each task. DJ will review the scope and timing together.
Do you haul items away?
Moving and junk hauling can be requested. Share photos of the items, stairs and access. Removal arrangements and cost are reviewed with DJ.
Do you install customer-supplied items?
Yes, customer-supplied furniture, decor and installation requests can be reviewed. Share the item details and instructions before the appointment.
What should I do before my appointment?
Clear the work area, keep pets safely away, and have items, parts and instructions ready. Share access instructions and any concerns.
How does pricing work?
Scope, quantity, access and materials affect the estimate. Read how estimates work.
Can I send photos?
Yes. Add up to four photos to the quote request form. You can also text them to DJ at 667-263-9985 with your name.
What happens if the job is larger than expected?
DJ will review the additional work with you. Confirm the updated scope, timing and price before proceeding.

How do I reschedule?
Call or text 667-263-9985. DJ confirms scheduling changes.
Is my appointment confirmed when I book online?
Picking a time on the booking calendar reserves that slot with DJ. He may contact you to confirm the job details and price before the visit. A quote request is different: it does not reserve a time.
